At Leduc Produce Market, we take pride in offering fresh, quality produce. If you receive an item that is spoiled or not up to standard, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:
1. The product is spoiled, damaged, or not of acceptable quality at the time of
purchase or shortly after.
2. You can provide proof of the issue, either by:
-Showing clear photos of the item, or
-Bringing the actual item back to the store
3. A valid receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, you may:
Email us photos of the affected item along with your receipt to:

or
Bring the item and receipt back to our store within 48 hours of purchase.
We will review your request and determine if the product qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Refund or Exchange Options
If approved, you may choose:
1. A replacement product of equal value
2. A full refund to your original payment method
3. A store credit for future use
Important Notes
1. No refunds or exchanges will be processed without valid proof (photos or returned item) and a receipt.
-Claims must be made within 48 hours of the purchase date.
