What do I do if the quality of product is not adequate?
We ensure during the packing and fulfilment process the produce is in the best possible shape for you. If by chance the produce is not up to your standards, please snap a few pictures and send an email with your order number to our Customer Support team at leducproducemarket@gmail.com
Please Remember: Clearance/ No.2/ Second Chance Produce is considered FINAL SALE as we have discounted them further due to quality standards. Unfortunately NO REFUNDS are eligible for these products.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order. Please contact our store at 587 453 1105 with your order number, and one of our associates will be happy to assist you with any changes or cancellations.
What if an item is out of stock?
No worries! We will call you or send you an email notifying you of any shortage on your order. We will offer you a substitution for another product of similar value or issue a store credit for your next order.
How does in-store pick up work?
Once you place your order online, our team will carefully pack your items and notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Please collect your order within 2 days of receiving the notification.
As produce is perishable, we maintain this 2-day pick-up window to ensure you receive the freshest quality products. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be discarded.
What if I cannot make it within the 2 day window for pick up?
No problem! Please contact our store at 587 453 1105 to let us know you'll need additional time. We can adjust the packing schedule to prepare your order closer to your preferred pick-up time, ensuring you receive the freshest products possible.
